Clients are required to reschedule their appointments IMMEDIATELY if
Arrival at the appointment showing any of the above symptoms will result in the client being refused admittance and the full cost of the treatment will be charged.
If any circumstances listed above present themselves, as long as the therapist is informed by 9am on the day of the appointment, no charge will be made. The appointment can be rescheduled once the client has recovered and/or any required self isolation period has elapsed.
Before admittance to the treatment space, the client is required to have their temperature checked using a non-contact thermometer. An elevated temperature above 98 degrees F/38 degrees C will result in the client being refused admittance and the full cost of the treatment will be charged.
Once admitted, the client will be directed to hand washing facilities to wash their hands, or required to use the hand sanitiser provided.
If the current Government guildelines required to do so, clients must wear a mask or other suitable face covering over the nose and mouth before admittance to the premises. The client is responsible for ensuring that they are able to comply with this condition before making their booking.
If the client has a medical or mental health condition that prevents them from wearing a mask, special arrangements may be available at the therapists’s discretion. In this instance, the client must contact the therapist before booking the appointment to discuss their requirements
Appointments may be booked online and/or by contacting the therapist by telephone, SMS or email.
For existing clients: payment is due in full at the time of the appointment. Under certain circumstances and at their discretion, the therapist reserves the right to ask for payment in advance to secure a booking.
For new clients: a £15 deposit is required in advance in order to confirm the appointment. When bookings are made by methods other than the online booking system (where immediate payment is required) e.g. telephone, if no payment is received within 24hrs of the booking, the appointment will be rendered void. (If the appointment was booked less than 24hrs in advance of the appointment, payment must be made within two hours of the booking). This amount is refundable or transferrable* to an alternative appointment up until 24 hours before the appointment time.
*for a maximum of two reschedules and within 8 weeks of payment date.
A monthly block of sessions must be paid for in full no later than the date of the first appointment of that block*. They cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
*Under certain circumstances and at their discretion, the therapist reserves the right to require payment in advance of the date of the first appointment in a block in order to secure a booking.
Treatment gift vouchers are valid for a period of three calendar months from the date of payment. They are transferrable at the discretion of the therapist. Where a gift voucher is offered as a prize, the same terms apply as for items that have been paid for and are subject to all other terms and conditions relating to treatments.
At least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation is required, except in the case of an emergency+. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation charge for the full cost of the treatment (if the appointment has been prepaid as part of a block, that session is forfeited).
+ It is at the discretion of the therapist to determine a waiver of the terms in such circumstances.
Arriving after the scheduled start of the appointment will result in a reduction in the length of treatment. Late arrival exceeds thirty minutes after the scheduled start of the appointment, the therapist reserves the right to cancel the appointment, at which point the conditions regarding appointment cancellations will apply.
Inappropriate conduct on the part of the client will result in the immediate cessation of the treatment and the client being asked to leave the premises. Such conduct includes but is not limited to:
Client records are kept in accordance with GDPR and the relevant UK legislation governing data protection (full details can be supplied on request). Any information shared by the client with the therapist in the course of an appointment and in both written and verbal correspondence will not be released to a third person without the written permission of the client, with the following exceptions:
